Described as the next iteration of the Internet, the metaversion is almost upon us, but many questions remain. A conference will be held this week to explore the issue with a number of consultants working on the bill.
Experts from a number of Australia’s leading consultancies will share their views at the one-day Metaverse conference and exhibition at the Pullman Sydney Hyde Park this week.
Organized by Kruzade Events and taking place on April 26, more than two dozen speakers will explore the challenges of emerging virtual world technology and how it can be a force for greater inclusivity and opportunity if developed sustainably.
“Metaverse has long been known to tech specialists and other industries, but is evolving to influence the way society communicates and engages in business and recreation going forward,” organizers said. “As with previous key technological advances, the metaversion is fraught with significant challenges and complexities, but there are plenty of opportunities for those brave enough to step in and be part of the growth of this fully immersive internet experience.”
